Graciela is a qualified counsellor with of 15 years experience in the mental health space, having worked in both the public sector and in private practice. Her experience enables her to work with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, transition issues, as well as more complex mental health such as trauma, suicidal ideation and domestic violence. She is also an experienced relationship and family counsellor.

Graciela holds various tertiary qualifications in counselling, including a Masters in Counselling, a Bachelor of Social Work, and an Advanced Diploma in Individual and Family Counselling. She is also a fluent Spanish-speaker and is thus able to provide Spanish counselling services.

By tailoring her approach to the individual or couple, Graciela helps develop her clients’ awareness and understanding of their circumstances, enabling individuals to gain control over their life and their relationships.
