Giedre is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She has worked extensively in Australia and Europe, providing assessment, counselling and treatment to a range of individuals and couples in the public and private sectors, and within non-profit organisations.

Giedre is particularly skilled in working with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, postnatal depression, and work-related issues. She also has a particular interest in couples counselling, and can help with a variety of relationship issues, such as infidelity, intimacy, and parenting, as well as separation and divorce.

With a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Psychology, Giedre is trained in a variety of proven techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, skills training and goal setting. She is passionate about creating an open, non-judgemental environment for her clients, where they feel comfortable to address their challenges and achieve their goals.
