Dinah – Qualified Counsellor & Relationship Counsellor

Dinah is a Registered Counsellor and member of the Australian Counselling Association, with experience seeing both individuals and couples. Having worked in the medical and mental health industry in both private and non-governmental organisations, Dinah has supported individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns, providing acute care and support for those in crisis.

In private practice, Dinah takes a person-centred approach to her work with clients, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to assist her clients with various issues, including stress and anxiety, low mood, bereavement, confidence, fears and phobias, substance abuse issues and eating disorders. With couples, Dinah works with traditional and same-sex relationships on issues including lack of intimacy, sexual issues, affairs and communication difficulties.

Dinah holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Sciences, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Bachelor in Biomedical Science from University of Technology Sydney.

Harika – Registered Psychologist

Harika is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field.

She prides herself as a warm and empathetic practitioner, her through close collaboration with her clients, aims to empower them to set and achieve their own goals in a non-judgmental and understanding atmosphere. Harika assists people with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, self-esteem challenges, autism, life transition and relationship issues.

Harika uses a Person-Centred and Trauma Informed Approach to counselling with a focus on Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing. Each of these she tailors to meet the unique needs of each individual.
